General Definitions

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below. These definitions apply throughout the document and across all c44k services.

Eligibility and Registration

Each individual may operate only one c44k account. If more than one account is created by the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per member
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can enjoy additional benefits through three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Members can advance to higher tiers based on active gaming participation. Additional benefits and special offers are provided at each tier.

Gaming Rules

All games on the c44k platform are operated on fair play principles. Please keep the following points in mind when using the gaming services.

• Abusing bonuses or applying arbitrage strategies
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name

If any of the above activities are detected, c44k reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

c44k may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions

• Account inactive for an extended period (where applicable)
• Legal or regulatory requirements
